'Accounts Plus' is an organization having a rich experience of providing a comprehensive range of services to co-operative housing societies. Our basic services like society Accounting, Auditing, Reports Generation have been found to be immensely useful with a view of streamlining and expediting these processes, we have developed a special software package that is very user-friendly. Our services & support facilities will help you in running your society smoothly and systematically, in conformity with all legal norms

Accounts Plus was founded by Mr. Sanjay Suryavanshi in October 1998, an enterprising person who decided not to tread the beaten path. Initially, he managed all the organization's work single-handedly. As his services and facilities he provided found more takers, the workload grew considerably; the need for support and more manpower became apparent. In 1990, his family members became part of his venture and offered him help and assistance. At about the same time, Mr. Suryavanshi also realised that there was tremendous scope and potential in this field.

Up to 1994, he increased his activities substantially and did a good deal of expansion. In 1995, he became a certified auditor. He received guidance and counsel from some of the established and eminent persons in this field. In 1996, he came up with a software package for streamlining the entire day-to-day work in a co-operative housing society. Another package for auditing (based on co-operative audit system) was also developed.

In 1998-99, an innovative, userfriendly package for registration of a co-operative housing society was developed and was put to use. In a way, this application marked the beginning of innovative services by Accounts Plus.

Mr. Suryavanshi feels a glow of pride when he says that Accounts Plus is the only organization in this domain in Pune that provides value added services. Presently, he offers services to more than 150 housing societies. And the forward march continues!
